Victoria Valley, Tasmania
Victoria Valley Falls, also known as (and signposted as) Victoria Falls, is a moderately large waterfall situated on Kenmere Creek in the centre of Tasmania. The waterfall is easily seen from the road as you're driving from Ouse to Victoria Valley, and signage on the road points you to an area you can park your car. The car parking area is a short distance from the top of the waterfall, however the track leading to the waterfall is quite overgrown. None the less, it is relatively easy to negotiate your own way to the waterfall. A look out from the side of the Victoria Valley Falls is possibly the best vantage point to view it properly. It is possible to scramble down to the base of the falls, but due to trees and logs washed up along the banks of the creek, it doesn't present itself as the best viewing spot for the waterfall, without a rush scrub bash to get right up below the falls.
