About Twisted Lakes Falls

Topographic maps mark an unnamed waterfall flowing out of Twisted Lakes, tantalisingly close to the Twisted Lakes Track. Unfortunately, the falls are almost impossible to view, with the small creek almost entirely choked up with scrub as it cascades out of the lake. With a very steep and difficult scrub bash it is possible to view the most vertical section of the falls from an extremely cramped viewpoint within the scrub, which feature an interesting diverging split drop of 5-10 metres. However, this is not a spot for any but the most dedicated waterfall baggers to warrant the effort of pursuing.
