Located just 800 metres upstream of the popular Evercreech Falls, Evercreech Rivulet Falls is an unnofically named waterfall with no track leading to it, requiring a difficult walk up the rivulet from Evercreech Falls. The falls are marked on maps but not named, and drop roughly 20-25 metres over two tiers. The upper tier is the larger of the two, as the creek drops 15 metres over a wide cliff that would make for a spectacular sight after rain, before continuing over a smaller but equally attractive lower falls which cascades around mossy boulders into an idyllic pool below.
From Evercreech Falls, begin the hike upstream along the banks of the creek. While for the most part the scrub isn't actually all that bad, depending on streamflow it is often easier to walk through the creek itself as the banks still provide a number of obstacles to get through, most notably large fallen trees and unstable, soft soil where you can't always be sure you're stepping on solid ground. While it is challenging, the gorgeous scenery along the creek more than makes up for it, and after a hike of about an hour along the creek you arrive at the base of the falls.
Given its far superior size to the waterfall commonly referred to as Evercreech Falls, it is entirely plausible that this waterfall was the original Evercreech Falls, but due to a track never being constructed all the way upstream to it the naming convention just stuck on the other waterfall.
